Understanding Turnover Intention through Language Use
Abstract:
The issue of turnover has been a crucial problem in human resources because turnover rate increases personnel costs in companies. Employees rarely reveal their turnover thoughts in verbal expression. However, when employees turn in their resignation, there is almost nothing that could change their mind. This talk will introduce how to investigate turnover intention by examining employees' complaints about their work.
